The official web site for the tv anime of Shinkoshoto‘s The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest (Shikkaku Mon no Saikyō Kenja) gentle novel sequence posted the second full promotional video on Monday. The video previews the ending theme track “Day of Vivid Sunshine” by voice actress Yuki Nakashima.

The anime will premiere on January 8 at 10:00 p.m. JST on Tokyo MX and BS11, earlier than airing on Solar TV and AT-X. The sequence will stream on Abema and different companies.

Crunchyroll will stream the anime because it airs in Japan. The corporate premiered the primary episode on the Anime NYC 2021 occasion on November 19.

Shinkoshoto launched the story on the Shōsetsu ni Narō! web site, and SB Artistic‘s GA Novel imprint started publishing the story with illustrations by Huuka Kazabana in 2016. LIVER JAM&POPO launched the manga adaptation in 2017.

The anime sequence is getting a smartphone recreation titled Shikkaku Mon no Saikyō Kenja: The Final Reincarnation. The iOS and Android recreation can be free-to-play with non-obligatory in-game purchases.
