Sentai Filmworks Acquires Hareluya II Boy Anime
Sentai Filmworks introduced on Monday that it has acquired the Hareluya II Boy anime for distribution in america, Canada, the UK, Eire, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, South Africa, the Netherlands, Portugal, Central America, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Spain. The corporate will stream the anime in choose digital retailers after which launch it on house video.

Hareluya Hibino has one ambition in life: to beat the complete world! The 25-episode anime initially aired in Japan in 1997.
Kiyoshi Egami (Metropolis Hunter ’91) directed the anime at Triangle Employees. Takahiro Kishida (Haikyu!!) designed the characters.
Haruto Umezawa launched the Hareluya II Boy manga in Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Bounce journal in 1992, and it ran till 1999. The manga is an alternate retelling of Umezawa’s Hareluya Boy manga.
