Crunchyroll introduced on Wednesday that it’ll start streaming the anime adaptation of Myōjin Katō‘s The Best Demon Lord is Reborn as a Typical No one (Shijō Saikyō no Daimaō, Murabito A ni Tensei Suru) novels in April for the spring 2022 anime season in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Center East, and the Commonwealth of Unbiased States. The corporate streamed an English-subtitled trailer:

Mirai Minato (Masamune-kun’s Revenge, The Nice Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!) is directing the anime at studios SILVER LINK and BLADE. Takayuki Noguchi (Higehiro, Cinderella 9) is adapting Sao Mizuno‘s character designs for animation.

Yūshi Ibe (Our Final Campaign or the Rise of a New World, Destiny/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Prisma Illusion) is the assistant director. Michiko Yokote (The Nice Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, ReLIFE) is dealing with sequence composition. Yoshihiro Watanabe (Interspecies Reviewers) is dealing with sub-character design. Mahiru Shinya (My First Girlfriend is a Gal) and Azusa Gasai (The Slime Diaries) are answerable for design works. Yūya Yoshiyama is the artwork director. Yen Press is publishing the “faculty heroic fantasy” novel sequence in English, and it describes the story.
