The January 2022 situation of Kodansha‘s Bessatsu Good friend journal revealed on Monday that Mio Izumi will launch a brand new manga titled Narita-kun o Semetai! (I Need to be Agressive Towards Narita!) within the journal’s subsequent situation on January 13. The journal describes the manga as a romantic comedy story centered on a reasonably otaku woman and a playboy. The story begins when fujoshi Amane begins having emotions for the good-looking Narita.

Mio Izumi drew the artwork for the Cells at Work and Buddies! (Hataraku Saibō Good friend) spinoff manga, with Kanna Kurono writing the story. The manga lately ended on April 13.

Kurono and Izumi launched the spinoff of Akane Shimizu‘s Cells at Work! manga in Bessatsu Good friend in January 2019. Kodansha printed the manga’s sixth and closing compiled e book quantity on Might 13. Kodansha Comics printed the fifth quantity digitally on August 10.
